Sidewalk Replacement Co-Op Program

Each year the Street Department oversees the City's Sidewalk Replacement Co-op Program

The first part of the Co-op - a crew from this department will remove the old sidewalk that is to be replaced.

A contractor is awarded the bid to form and pour the new sidewalks, back fill with dirt and sow grass seed.

The second part of the Co-op - the property owner pays for the concrete.

Example:  One yard of concrete equals to 20' long by 4' wide by 4" deep of new sidewalk.

This popular program is maintained by the department, and work is completed as the budget allows.
