Annual Liquor License Renewals

Current license holders may renew their license for the coming year by submitting a Liquor License Renewal Application no later than the last Monday in November each year.  Reminders will be mailed to all license holders the first week in November.  It is the responsibility of the licensee to renew the license by the November deadline each year.  Licenses which are not renewed by the November deadline may become available for issuance to any pending applicants.  A $250 late filing fee may be applicable for renewal licenses not submitted timely, per the City's Liquor  Ordinance. 

Required documents to be submitted with the Renewal Application are as follows:
1.  Liquor License Renewal Application
2.  Updated Employee Listing with Employee's Name and Birthdate
3.  BASSET Certificates for all employees that serve or sell alcohol
     2018 BASSET Training Class Schedule
     2018 BASSET Training Class Registration
4.  If a change in manager occurred during the licensed year, please submit  
     a completed Qualification of Officer, Stockholder, or Manager/Agent form.     
Liquor licenses are issued for a calendar year, January through December, (or portion thereof, in the case of licenses issued mid-year).  The license fee must be paid in full by January 1 each year; OR the license holders have the option of paying one half of the fee by January 1 and the second half of the fee by July 1.  By ordinance, there will be no further breakdown of the fee.
